If you wish to cancel EX KANSEI, please submit your request through the Cancellation Request Form by selecting the inquiry category as "Cancellation Request." Applications are limited to submissions from the owner (parent account).
This process will result in the deletion of IDs and data for both the owner (parent account) and members (sub-accounts).
Please note that even if the cancellation is confirmed, refunds for charges up to the contract end date cannot be accommodated.
